Been patronizing Ricardo's very long time. Tonight was my last visit . Chicken Cutlet Hoagie was dry and burnt French fries were dark and hard. Seems like new staff or owners. That's my 3rd bad one in 3 months. 40 years never again.

They refuse to throw ANYTHING away 1st I ordered 3 hoagies all the lettuce was OLD YELLOW 2nd I ordered large cheesesteak (2) both with fried onions the onions were so OLD they were HARD & YELLOW I throw those away at home! basically they are selling us TRASH!!! THEY USED TO BE GOOD my last 2 experiences were HORRIFIC!! New owners KILLED THIS BUSINESS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Their sauces have definitely decreased in quality, especially the Alfredo and Marsala. They separate into oily messes rapidly. Their one remaining redemption is their pizza.

I don’t know if there’s been a change in management or not but the service there has declined. I ordered a cheesesteak waited, waited and waited, and it never arrived at my house. I received a phone call stating that they had been to my house to deliver it and banged on the door and no one answered. When I alerted them that I had a ring doorbell, and no one came to my house, they said they had the wrong telephone number and the wrong address. When I began to ask questions, how would they get both of them wrong? The woman on the phone was very arrogant, unapologetic and rude. Never ordering from them again. Beware of where you spend your money and people how you allow people to treat you.

Pros- Hands down the best white pie in NJ! Perfect combo of garlic, oil, and mozzarella cheese! Cons- we requested the mild wings to be extra crispy- huge mistake bc they were ridiculously dry and almost inedible. The young woman who took our order was pleasant but definitely not great service bc we needed to repeat our address 4 times before she got it right.

Ricardo's is a joke now. I used to like it but they have truly lowered there standards. I didn't go there on this day as well. Haven't been there in months now because they truly have lost there was for me.

This place is horrible and needs to close down. Ever since the new management took over the quality of food and customer service is in the gutter. Very poor establishment. The food was horrible and dry and way overpriced. They lost my business and many more.

I ordered a salad with salmon. The salmon was horrible and the lettuce was old. The smell in the establishment was horrible.

Terrible, delivery order is always wrong. I order a plain steak, inform them of my dairy allergy and they put cheese on it everytime

Ordered @ 9pm Only live 7 mins away! Ordered pizza, wings, a cheese steak and salad. The food was cold, wing sauce at the bottom of the bag and salad was warm. The only thing came right was the 2 litre Pepsi. I tipped the delivery driver too! Thanks a lot for making my guest use the microwave! You got to do better Rico!!!

I was raised on riccardos pizza. I came back today for a short visit and had some good old pizza!!! IT WAS FANTASTIC!!! Almost as good as 1999. The Crust is still crispy and the cheese pull was immaculate (my daughters words). Not sorry.

I've been coming to Riccardos since they were in the Willingboro plaza 30+ years ago. Thier pizza is always yummy (jus ask them to leave a slice in like one min more than they normally do) thier white pizza is so good thier cheesesteaks are yummy pretty much everything is good. Nothing is exceptional or horrible. It's jus good food. Also they will sell you pizza dough so you can make your own pizza. I've made calzones, pizzas, and Strombolis at home using thier dough. Prices are in line with most places. Customer service is good. It's a nice neighborhood spot.
