I do not feel like this.Starbucks is going to last.
I usually don't like to complain, but this is the third time within a month i've gone here and they messed the order up terribly.
If I ask for a tall, why was I given a venti? Nothing even showed up on the ordering board and the drive through.So I could not see that it correct. And an iced peach green tea calm.Sweetened, there was no sweetener in there

I went into this location today and 3 workers at different times said I will be right with you, right with never happened from them. Miss Jalen was working the window and saw me still waiting she came from the window and kindly took my order with a pleasant smile, and a great attitude she showed amazing customer service she took my negative thoughts and made them very positive I was happy to be there. This Starbucks is often out of cold brew. I’ve been ordering cold brew a few times a week for years. I suspect we’re actually given ice coffee in place of cold brew here when cold brew is not an available. I’d rather be told up front cold brew is not available today. Also, the caramel macchiatos do not taste the way they should, there is something about the espresso. It tastes like blond espresso. The standard caramel macchiato is made with the signature espresso.
