More times than not, there is at least one issue with my order. Many times the issue is ordering food that is personalized (that I pay more money for) but end up receiving the standard menu item anyway. This especially sucks when I want to substitute a meat for a vegetarian option. Also, even though I ask for extra sauce, I barely get standard amount. The service at the window is always great and they’re super friendly. The kitchen can use a bit more work.
1st time there. Used the mobile app & drive through. The app is easy to use. Only gripe is it won't properly keep card info for further use. You gotta plug all your card info every time you use the app. Drive through was a quick an easy experience. Order was correct. Food was solid.

I was so happy how clean the entire place was inside and out. Landscaping outside was great. Customer service was great. Taco Bell needs a separate commercial for Cinnabon Coffee and other Cinnabon Treats. It's epic how Taco Bell sells Cinnabon Coffee now. Totally underrated. That's normally only sold in Malls!
