Not common amongst all PB locations but I love the drive thru. They're quick and efficient. You can pick up mobile orders from the drive thru as well. On top of the incredible service, you get a lade to order sandwich with as many add-ons and takeaways as you want. The ability customize is one of the biggest draws for me.
Everything here was great. I just wish the service was a tad better. I sat and waited at the counter for someone to take my order and my friend completed their entire order in the time it took.
I had to knock off a star because the kiosks are awful. Way too convoluted to operate. The menu up on the wall isn't easy to read. A handheld menu would be nice unless they have them and I didn't see them.
