I think Dunkin Donuts In wood Ridge at Westmont Station has been INCREDIBLE dinting the pandemic . The Manager at this Dunkin' is very on point to keep things clean, making sure everyone is wearing masks, surfaces were being cleaned very often. Really unorganized. The manger there didn't know the prices of the beverages and argued with me back n forth about what I ordered because the cashier made a mistake on my drink. The manager tried to correct the mistake because I was over charged but I had to leave and wasn't pleased with the service. Tip: Before visiting this location read through all of the reviews including the reviews not recommended, to save yourself the aggravation. There are other coffee places in the area that are more professional. Service- The staff are young but cool high school kids. I ordered a decaf espresso 3 days ago. The kid gave me a regular coffee with espresso shot, did not listen to my order. I had to take two benedryl's to get my heart to calm down because of this major screw up. I can...read full review
