Yet another private equity masterclass. Ordered an Oreo concrete and to start the thought of asking me what size never came by the workers head. With the European sized small cup, she proceeds to half fill it. In the next part of this harrowing experience she flips the tablet around and I’m greeted by the lovely price tag of 8 dollars and 96 cents. Despite getting played my incompetent self reluctantly pays for my treat. I then see the tip option which almost set me over the edge, but I stay composed. If you enjoy getting your pockets squeezed for the most mid custard on the planet the I recommend this spot. If you actually care about your money and dignity drive 5 minutes down to carvel in Hackensack where you pay less for far better ice cream :)

Good price and very good service. I met the new owners, they are very welcoming. I always order the Blendini, big portion and worth the price. I recommend this place.

I love Rita’s milkshakes, especially the peanut butter & the strawberry cookies & cream— it’s richer, creamier, and sooooo delicious! This location also rotate their ice flavors all the time, which makes every visit exciting. Always a great treat and friendly service

We had a function at our home and this location was thorough, kind, and clear throughout the whole process. They delivered the ices in coolers to stay cool outdoors and provided all cups , spoons, and scoopers. The quality was delicious and people are still talking about the RITA’s. Thank you!!!

We’ve been ordering from this store through DoorDash forever. It was great quality for so long, then the orders started becoming more & more inconsistent. Skimpy servings. Broken waffle bowls & the layered gelati & lemon ice coming with 75% ice. We added instructions a few weeks ago, “less ice more custard please”. Today as our order is being delivered, we get an email from DoorDash that the store charged an additional $1.92 for our “special” instruction. Because almost $9 for a cup of dessert isn’t enough.. I hope they enjoyed the extra money, because we’ll never order another thing from this store again.

It was so beautiful but too sweet I couldn’t eat the whole ice cream.

This was our go to place the past 5 years. Unfortunately it was sold during off season and it needs to get back to the quality it was before. The Gelati is wimpy at best. The custard is half the amount it was before. Small amount on the bottom of the cup then packed with ice and a squirt of custard on the top. It’s not enough custard. Customers can accept a change in ownership if quality and quantity stay the same. You can’t cheap out and give less custard. It also doesn’t hurt to be friendly to the customers. Just saying.

Friendly staff and amazing flavors

I came here to get the free ice on the first day of spring but they ran out of ice so ended up getting the custard ice cream with chocolate sprinkles but it was not free . Place is good just was disappointed when they ran out of the italian ices that’s what I really wanted . They have a large parking lot they share with the restaurant next door but it got crowded because I guess everybody else wanted to get a free ice too .

This experience was absolutely horrible! Bella Rossi did the worst job! I asked for hot fudge and got NONE she also had an attitude towards me. Never going here again and don’t recommend it.
