Feel like people are getting this location confused with the stand-alone Woodbridge location… this is the one at Woodbridge Mall and is one of my fave Chick-Fil-A’s to go to!! Staff are always friendly, kind, and attentive. They answer any questions I have about new items without making me feel like I am wasting their time or being rushed. Fries are fresh and delicious and they always get their Sunjoy ratio right 💯

We had dinner here as a family and even though the restaurant looked dirty, we decided it was worth the risk because- hey it’s chick fil a. But our food was old and cold (except our sandwiches- they were hot). The restaurant itself was so dirty- no tables wiped and one was visibly broken. The lemonade on the counter was uncovered right next to where orders were being placed. They were out of salad toppings. My salad was served without tomatoes and was very wilted. I was just very disappointed in this visit. I attempted to contact the restaurant later because we were in a big hurry the day we went, and I have not heard back from them

Cornelius was very friendly when taking my order. I ordered a four count strip with large fries and medium lemonade and chic fil a sauce. He even wished me a happy holiday, which made my day. I wish him the best and the rest of the staff there.
When I came in, Brook M. Greeted me with a warm smile, so I know this is the place for excellent CFA service.
Lindsey gave me my food and kept me updated on my order. She was very friendly to me. I wish them the best and I hope those three and hope they get a reward/promotion of some sorts.
