Cold Stone Creamery

Decided to eat ice cream here with my wife today. Normally I like coming to cold stone but today was bad experience. Pecans in our ice cream were bad and tasted horrible. Asked the worker to make new creation without pecans. Answer: we had many complains about pecans and we also tasted and it’s bad. However they are not expired so we can not exchange. Seriously people have lost common sense. I did next best thing spit out the pecans.

****Stale and bad smelling cake, AVOID them ****

We ordered a birthday cake, 2 days before the birthday. When we opened it (for her to cut the cake) it was stale, disgusting and smelled really bad. We called the Cold Stone in Woodbridge and requested them if we could bring the cake (for them to check what was wrong with it) and replace it - and they said they need to "investigate and call back" the call back was never made. An hour later when we called them they simply said we had a rush in and that's why we couldn't give you a call back and that they have decided that they will not replace the cake and not give us compensation.

I asked why? And the lady said her boss (whose name we found out was Steven) decided that

They are the worst place to buy cake, pathetic customer service and downright rude of Steven not to even bother calling his cusoter back.

Every time I visit, Steve ensures the experience is not just good but outstanding. As a matter of fact, I've changed his name to "Stone Cold Steve" because his service is unmatched!

Recently, I ordered a cake, and not only was it absolutely delicious and beautifully made, but the process of ordering and picking it up was seamless, thanks to Steve's attention to detail and professionalism. Steve always takes the time to ensure everything is perfect and to my satisfaction.

It’s clear that Steve takes pride in providing quality products and a welcoming environment for customers. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their work, and it truly makes a difference.

I visited Cold Stone today and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, the ice cream was not at the right temperature. Additionally, they do not seem to check if the fruits are fresh; the banana I had was spoiled and had a terrible smell.The customer service was abysmal. The staff showed no respect for customers or their job. Their fake smiles were irritating. When I asked to speak with a manager, an employee simply called over a coworker, which was incredibly frustrating.This has happened to me multiple times at this location. While I usually refrain from reacting, this experience was beyond acceptable limits. Respect and proper greetings are essential in any customer service interaction, and this place fails to meet even the basic standards. I would rate this place a -10 if I could.

shopping at Burlington in the Linden plaza I stopped at this Cold Stone creamery they made my ice cream perfectly the customer service was top-notch and the place was very clean

Stingy with the toppings also they'd rather throw out the extra ice cream for your creation instead of giving it to you. Morganville, NJ location doesn't waste the extra

first of all i waited FOREVER in line & no one was in front of me. Manager sucks all kinds of a$$, & is rude. i feel bad for the employees because they all seemed miserable. The manger is fat & miserable jus like his employers. & they employees weren’t wearing hairnets & gloves. This place is jus awful & run by awful people. DONT EAT OR WORK THERE!!!!!!!

Best icecream always; loved their new summer menu and overall collection of icecream. It is must try icecream whereever you find it's shop. This location has vsry curteous and understanding staff you can take your time to order. Good thing they had all ingredients and toppings.

Need to train employees how to be courteous. The girl behind the counter was rude.
