Dim sum & authentic Chinese dishes are great here but the service is TERRIBLE between 11 am and 2 pm on weekends. There’s no water and no tea refills, all the waiters forget because they’re so busy. If you go on the weekends, try to go when they first open at 10 am or after 2 pm for dim sum.
Foods good. If you have a big group/table, and reserve the table in advance, they might not honor. They'll still give it to someone else. So when we showed up on time, for tables we booked at least a week in advance, they still screwed us, they gave us two tiny tables where the extra ppl had to sit and hold our own plates. Asked the two hosts about it and they were jerks about it. It was on a Chinese holiday, Qingming and they clearly could not handle the crowd. But what...
