Walking past by, you can smell the coffee scent and it makes you want to get one which I did, honestly it was an overall great experience.

Came here to say I'm faithful customer...the service was horrible, the girl was rude and they had no decaf coffee, no wraps of anykind available...and nothing that's being advertised was not available either...need to improve with employee only one person working...couldn't even speak with a manager!

Good Coffee but overcharged and wouldn’t reimburse.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. They open whenever they please. They don’t care if they see people outside the gate. On weekdays, the mall itself opens at 11. Its a hit or miss if they open before then. Weekends the mall opens at 10 & they’ve opened way after 10. Meanwhile, they’re inside. Horrible.

Bad customer service

Cheating the customers by adding huge amounts of ice even when requiring “less ice”. Half of my drink is just water (AKA ice)!

Coffee and sandwiches are good. Need more muffin choices. At lunch time there was like one blueberry and 2 corn muffins. Really miss Cranberry Orange and Bran Raisin muffins! More muffin choices please.

The two young men are just absolutely stunning. Very calm and understanding with my daughter who stutters and it just brought a smile upon my face. Great work Boys.

Extremely dissatisfied with the employee this morning. I mean is it necessary to use such vulgar words while serving customers. One young lady working right now 10:57am on August 11, 2022, (no name tag) was cussing up a storm with no regard for her customers and kids in the immediate area. Its like, have a little respect. So ignorant.

They are serving acceptably, they can improve.

Great spot for snacks
