My husband and I ate at Longhorn today. It wasn’t very crowed at all ( around 2 pm, maybe after lunch rush) but still had to wait at least 10 minutes for a table. Host was the bus boy, cleaning tables, etc trying to seat customers. There was only 1 waitress and 1 waiter. We waited a long time for our food ( which I must say was very good, baked potato a bit undercooked though). We were told there was only 1 person in the kitchen doing the cooking and prep. Then, we waited at least 10 minutes for our check, as the waitress was very nice but I think a bit overwhelmed and slow. I know it’s a problem getting people to work these days and being short handed is one thing, but this was a bit ridiculous. Plus it was a chilly, rainy day and the a/c was blasting. Another couple got up and walked out after waiting and waiting and no one ever came to their table. Maybe offer more incentives to work there or some other alternative. It’s a nice restaurant with good food. Very sad! Going to lose business with lack of staff and long waits to eat or be waited on.

Food was delicious and portions are great. Only reason for 4 stars is service, the waiter was friendly, but there were issues with food, we asked that no bacon is served for the whole table and when ordering we mentioned again that we didn’t want bacon but the burgers still came with bacon. We waited almost an hour for appetizers to come and right when appetizers came also the mains came after so it wasn’t perfect.Parking: Its the shared parking lot of LongHorn and Olive Garden so it does get busy and at times difficult to find parking spots.

Very danger food ,extreme oil in sparragus,..mushpotatos,,extreme butter,,and a ribs..most grease...maybe ,bad quality..baby ribs?...the guys in kitchen is not good ..is a dishwaher guys...maybe
