My family and I had dinner here the other evening. Our waitress, Aliyah was very polite, friendly, interactive, attentive, and competent. Top notch service! She periodically checked with us to see if we needed anything. She is definitely a gem at LongHorn and I really appreciate employees who carry out their duties competently to provide great customer service. I wish I could receive that type of service at every establishment where I spend my hard earned money. Great job, Aliyah!!!
Went for dinner, and the waiter was very disorganized, took him a while to bring out drinks (coffee and a iced tea), then he was so overwhelmed with his other tables, he didn't bring us our food, another server did. My steak was overcooked, had to send it back, Manager brought me the new steak which was actually correct.
