Went for dinner, and the waiter was very disorganized, took him a while to bring out drinks (coffee and a iced tea), then he was so overwhelmed with his other tables, he didn't bring us our food, another server did. My steak was overcooked, had to send it back, Manager brought me the new steak which was actually correct. Always excellent in every way. Freshly made and great service. Great atmosphere. Signed up online for the wait list and was able to get a booth right away. The restaurant is always busy starting at 5:00pm! Love their menu!
The management team as well as our server was second to none. They were able to accommodate us and our large party. They were all warm, friendly, and professional. Julio kept the table clean, and brought out refills as needed. It was a great experience and we will be back. Thanks Julio!!
