I’ve visited this location several times and the cakes are always fresh, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. Recently, there was a small mistake with one of my orders, and because of a family gluten allergy, I needed it corrected. I reached out and the GM, Alexis, was amazing. She took full responsibility, provided exceptional customer service, and quickly made things right. It was truly appreciated. Because of her and the consistent quality, I will definitely continue returning!
