I made a reservation today for a party of 12 people only to show up to be told that they don’t have a record of my reservation. I then checked my phone and confirmed that I had called the correct Olive Garden - I did . I showed the management my phone and that I had called earlier today to make this reservation. No one cared. Unfortunately they dropped the ball.

I recently dined at Olive Garden located at 510 Woodbridge Center Drive, Woodbridge, NJ 07095, and I’d like to share my experience. While some aspects were positive, there were areas that left me disappointed.Lasagna Fritta: The Lasagna Fritta didn’t quite meet my expectations. The taste was not as flavorful as I had hoped, and there was an excess of sauce. A balance between flavors and sauciness would greatly improve this dish.Shrimp Fritto Misto: Unfortunately, the Shrimp Fritto Misto was a letdown. It was overly salty, which significantly impacted the overall enjoyment. I recommend reevaluating the seasoning to enhance this dish.Chicken Alfredo: On a positive note, the Chicken Alfredo was delightful. Creamy, flavorful, and satisfying—it stood out as a highlight of the meal.Service and Atmosphere: Our waiter seemed busy attending to other tables, which is understandable. However, when we mentioned the saltiness of the food, there was no response or effort to address the issue. A courteous acknowledgment would have been appreciated.Additionally, I noticed a charge for table games. While the overall atmosphere was pleasant, this unexpected fee detracted from the welcoming experience.Conclusion: Overall, our dining experience fell short of our expectations. I hope the management takes steps to improve customer satisfaction. Olive Garden has potential, and I’d love to see it thrive. Here’s to hoping for better visits in the future! ???

Service was great - very pleasant waitress.Atmosphere is cool - classic Olive Garden.Food - dressing was off, gnocchi soup was very off, bread sticks were stale. Fettuccini Alfredo did not have flavor, was dry, not creamy. Chicken parm - pasta tastes very off, something pungent. Chicken was subpar, a little dry.
It wasn’t that crowded and we had to wait and once seated it took about 15 mins to even be acknowledged. Nothing special about this place.

Went with my Fiance for dinner , both orderd an alcoholic drink ,an app ,& meal. Got my app after the meal & didn’t get drinks till after our food when we were already full ! Server took someone’s tables and was way over whelmed ! The other server was great but we were disappointed !
