Very disappointing experience at this Panda Express. Around this date and time, a male employee was the one who took our order and handled everything. When I asked to sample the chicken before ordering, he immediately said they don’t do free samples. That was fine, so I ordered it anyway, but he kept rushing us even though the restaurant was empty.
After we ordered, we waited almost 20 minutes because the food wasn’t ready, and no one told us anything. There was no communication at all. When I finally asked what was going on with my order, he didn’t even address me—he was on the phone and had a female coworker come over to answer me and fix the issue instead.
I eventually had to change my order because I had other things to do. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and poorly communicated. This employee clearly needs more customer service training. I felt his own peers disliked his energy, he was so rude and wasted my time.

One of the better Panda Express locations I’ve been to. The staff was nice enough to let us rent out half of the indoor dining area and had all of our catering trays laid out when we arrived. The food was good and in huge portions (the honey walnut shrimp was excellent). The interior was also clean and well decorated.

They try to give you less and their chow mein is mostly onions and Chinese vegetables. You barely get any noodle.
