Racist much?! Arrived to have lunch at this Panera before attending a wedding, my wife and I were dressed in ethnic Indian clothes and all the white workers acted arrogant and rude towards me. The general manager should know better to train their employees to respect everyone with location of this Panera being in such a diverse area.
Feeling very disappointed to see this at this location in 2025.
I use to do delivery. Its ok. Always clean nice enviroment I envite neighbors from Woodbridge visit and eat incyour local testaurant.

I've been coming to this Panera location for years and have always enjoyed the food and service. Today that didn't have any chips during my visit which is a first, but I guess this could happen at any location so l'm not gonna ding them after going here for so many years and this being the first potential "issue" I've ever encountered here. No real complaints o, which is a good thing and would totally recommend this location to others.

They give little food apart from trying different ones. I always order my salad with lemon juice and the juice had a very strange flavor. And the tables were all dirty

Not at the top list of my Panera franchises to go to. They often have "sold out" iced coffee or no bagels during those free promotion months. Pre-covid, the coffee canisters were not fresh and most times empty. Pre-ordering online, fast pickup is not available during the times I have logged in to try to order and pick up within the hour. How come the other Paneras are able to do fast pickup and have iced coffee and bagels available during the free promos? This place is a bit stingy and often gets a custom order incorrectly. They also had a not so clean dining area. I hope they use this covid time to clean up the place and get their act together.
Tables are often dirty. Coffee canisters are usually empty or just warm and not hot.

Food is great. Service is great. I asked for caramelized onions on my salad and the manager provided without issue. I'm not liking the self serve atmosphere that Panera is leaning towards. Not consumer friendly.
