I live Ritas overall but the staff they hire isn't customer friendly. You can be excited for ice cream and then be met with someone who is apathetic about being there and kinda just ruins the vibe. Ordered a kid size gelati to go and we were told there was no covering for it. So of course now that Gelati had melted in transit. I think a quick fix was to get any covering if even a bigger cup to protect the smaller cup but I mean idk. They couldn't care less. Couldn't...

amazing place i love going to the open mics Ritas runs with Break N Records Band. they always let me set up a table to vend during the event plus they have amazing ice cream!

The Rita's in Rahway have young workes that aren't really attentive. They tell you they don't have so they don't have to make it. The Rita's in Woodbridge will ask if you want another flavor to compensate you, they make the same treats differently from each other though.
