The food is typically great here but recently i came into town and wanted to stop by here to order to go. I called and spoke to a woman who told me their lunch specials run from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm. I came at 2:45 pm and the doors were locked (appeared to be closed), I called as I was outside the building and they ignored my phone call. Very disappointed. I instead went to Thai Village in Colonia and im glad I did because their doors were open to me and the food was good.
The moment you enter it feels good, as the decor gives a true Thai vibe. When we went it was not that crowded so got seated swiftly, but if you are going in large group, reserving your table in advance would be good. Now about food, we loved all the items we ordered. Each food item is good for one person, even the specials of the day, which felt a bit pricy for the portion. Overall a good place for authentic Thai food.
Today I happened to visit this place. I am a big fan of Thai food and can rate Thai food really well.
I would give single star for service as the front desk guy/ waiter had bad allergy/ runny nose and was taking food order and delivering empty plates. The reason I want to highlight this as water from his nose drop on one of our plate and he didn’t bother to replace it. We later asked another server to replace the plate.
