Came here yesterday there were two people working there and they were both rude. I walked up to the counter one employee saw me, took out his phone and walked away while the other one looked at me and said you’re just going to have to wait. I said no problem. I waited for like 5-10min and still nothing. So I left. Never coming here again.

The young African American male that works at this Starbucks is very rude. We placed an order and he yelled at us to move down in Spanish and I’m not even Spanish. The African American lady that works here with the long hair that was making us the drinks made all the drinks wrong and wasn’t very friendly at all. They had flies inside the display where the food was at. The places wasn’t even that clean. I don’t think people like this should be working here. I also don’t understand why these issues haven’t been addressed by management when the review are so bad.

Bad customer service today at Woodbridge mall. The black guy came out from the back with a attitude to go grab my drinks almost yelling. The African girl in the front that took my order also mad attitude. People like this shouldn’t work in a place like Starbucks!!

Getting your Starbucks coffee from this location will make you start your day in a positive way. I always try to make sure to order from here when I’m nearby or at the mall. Never had any issues with my orders. Staff are willing to modify any order. The friendliness of the staff in getting to know their customers' names and making sure to say hi and wish a good day to everyone is so sweet. They tried to say I stole my cup from them smh I brought it ? ? ? it was a race thing. I feel at no point was I close enough to the merchandise to pick one up . It was rude and offensive. I will never come back.
