We decided to get Starbucks. Maria was the one who took our order. Had a look on her face that she didn’t wanna work there. Very rude. When I got the drink I said thank you and the girl never said have a wonderful day. Another customer got her drink and she told the customer have a nice day. Just very rude.

In my last recent visit to this store I have experience something, I had a big order and ask for big shopping bag, and I was told that the manager do not order big shopping bags because she does not want to use the store budget because she wants to have a big bonus
I’ve never been to a Starbucks that looks dirty. There was garbage all over the floor and counter. It was a hot mess. Not one person sweeping it up or fixing the tables yet there were 5 people behind the counter.

Came here the last weekend before Christmas and the mall was open early. Decided to pick up some drinks before shopping. The employee was not very pleasant, I mean I get it I used to work at the mall and have worked those crazy holiday hours but you just have to suck it up and be cheery and smile. Nope didn't get that vibe at all! The drinks were made quickly and tasted great but that unhappy employee was just not the friendly face you would normally see at a Starbucks.
