I almost gave them a 5.. my rating would be 4.5 .. loved their food .. first timer .. we didn’t know what to order but looking at previous pics in google, we went for chola batura, paneer makhani, thali and aloo parotta It did take sometime for the food to come , but it was worth the wait as most of the food was fresh and hot .. batura was awesomeeeee.. less oil .. loved the chenna.. paneer makhani was super good .. kids loved it .. tasted like home food .. aloo parotta was also good.. thali was average . Liked the palak paneer but aloo was average .. was a little expensive for 14$.. we also had piano puri and we liked it .. Parking is not good here . U might have to park somewhere and walk to this place. Overall a good experience . Customer service was excellent .. a little expensive overall .. but ok once in 6 months type food

Don’t want to give a 1 * also . Price is very high as compare to the quality and quantity . Food Quantity is very less & Quality was not up to the restaurant level because it was sour. Guys correct me if i am wrong , i have question to the owner is there a gratuity charge for 2 people & that also 18% . When i asked this to the old guy server , he says its decided by the boss. So boss Ji let me clear this i have visited many restaurants & on to that i also work for a dining restaurant neither any body charges nor we charge. The gratuity is applied to 4 person or more then that. If u want to cross check u have a list Bombay blue, Chef Table, Honest, chili’s, Mithaas, Moughal, Ming , urban spice & many more. If this is the way to earn extra money from the customers then you are wrong. Will not go back again. Other restaurants are much better then this place.

Great alternative to some of the busier, noisier, and frankly dirtier restaurants on Oak Tree Road. The menu has everything you could want. Prices are reasonable and quality of food is great.

I just happen to be in Edison and was expecting better food than NYC. I think it wasn't better. It was absolutely amazing!! Had chole bhature and dal makhni, with limca. Bhai sahab, din ban gaya mera. ?

Went there last night with my mother and we could not have been more pleased! It was my mom's first experience with Indian style food and she could not have been happier. This restaurant featured many dishes that even I was unfamiliar with but the gentlemen gave his recommendations and we trusted him. We started off with the Paneer Methi TIkki then shared the chloe bhature ( spicy chickpeas and a fried bread)and then shared gulab jamun ( a milk based dessert). Everything was very reasonably priced and delicious. I would recommend and I will definitely be going back!

Is it worth venturing to New Jersey to eat wonderful Indian food? The answer is yes! Talk of the town is an absolute must visit. There can be no comparison to Talk of the town. The richness in flavor dazzles, and the vegan options are plenty. You are bound to have a great experience.
