We like the Empanada guys offerings. The beef empanadas are my favorite. The pulled pork ones are also good. The guava and cheese are a sweet dessert empanada. I prefer to take them home and heat them up in the air fryer. Good simple food, convenient and quick.
The empanadas where pretty good, maybe not worth waiting an hour in line for though. The employee on the truck was friendly and accommodated every one, but he definitely needed someone else there to help him. If you're going to send a food truck to 2 office buildings full of people for lunch hour maybe make sure you have more than one person working in the truck so the waits aren't ridiculously long.
It was our first time to try empanadas but they were delicious! The empanadas were $3/piece which seemed reasonable to us. I also ordered a Cuban sandwich and it was fresh and delicious as well. The black beans and rice were extremely flavorful and I would definitely order them again as well.
