Wetzel's Pretzels

$10 for a small bag of pretzel bites and a water is a crazy markup. Pretzels were soggy and undercooked.

My husband and I were waiting for an item at Woodbridge Center yesterday. We stopped at the other pretzel place and when asked for items, we were dismissed. We had never gone to Wetzel's Pretzels but now that will be our place. The staff was greet and the food was wonderful. I even bought pretzels bites home and they were gone in moments. Every item was fresh. I would highly recommend Wetzel's.

Wow this place is so sketchy, I ordered a frozen lemonade and they put the wrong item in to charge me more. When I saw the receipt it was so obvious with a different drink name and at a higher price. When I asked about it, they said it was because of taxes. I pointed out the name and price are both wrong, and guess what? they changed the response to saying the corporate menu price is wrong. I noticed they took off the menu after I left, no where can you find the prices of what they sell so they can probably make up whatever prices they like.It’s not that much but just felt it was so wrong for them to lie in front of the customer when it’s a mistake they made… I wonder how many people got overcharged buying from here. Not cool, and this is not a good way to do business. Dishonest shop and I recommend going somewhere else.

Sketchy place that charges different prices compared to what the menu shows, check your receipt!

My grandson walked the mall in search of this great pretzel, only to get there after 4:pm and to be told there was no cheesy dog pretzel, what a disappointment, they need to add more items as it’s still early in the evening, this location needs to be upgraded to match the Jersey Garden services and wide selections of items.

There nothing like when I was growing up they were the best?but now they went down hill every time I go to the in Woodbridge mall they never have good pretzels no more the last I went they had burnt pretzels and they told me they were fresh and didn't want to make more so I hope the get it together because I really love there pretzels and don't want to go out of business.

Usually this is a great location but I am extremely disappointed in my visit today. When I showed up to the location, there was only two cups of pretzels in stock. The cashier did not even greet, me in a timely manner as he was on his cell phone and then rolled his eyes when I was trying to place my order. I understand people have their days, but this was not an experience I was hoping for.

The owner gave us cold and hard cinnamon bites lol… when we questioned him he placed the ones we just gave him back with the rest… like if this was not enough he took other bag and went to the back and heated them in a microwave comes back and tell me they’re fresh now…The audacity ??

I love the pretzels and the place but I feel they don’t always fill the bad up to the top all the time

Bought some cinnamon sugar bites today 9/5/20 around 6 pm. Hardly were they covered with sugar or cinnamon. Felt like eating warm bread bites. Not good.

Compared Wetzels Pretzels with Auntie Anne's. I don't even know why Auntie Anne's still open. Auntie Anne's has the worst customer service and over priced for nuggets. I paid the same price for double the fresh quantity at Wetzels Pretzels than Auntie Anne's little cup of sugar nuggets. Never going Auntie Anne's again! Loved the customer service at Wetzels and the owner is so nice, he even gave my baby a little free drink as he was crying. Awww!

I've been a loyal customer to this place and today was terrible customer service... I understand the wait for things to be cooked but my drink was right there and the employees kept walking by for about 7 minutes until I asked for my drink and they doubted if I paid for it... then the dog bites... they might as well have been sausages that had a slap on bread on it. Auntie Anne is getting my business back!
