Horrible service

This BK is a mess, they make you wait forever for your order yet the food is always cold, Why do we have to wait 15-20 minutes for old food?

This is why nobody goes to BK anymore, ordered lunch, burger was cold, bun not fresh and fries cold, dark & greasy and very little salt. What happened to BK?

I waited at the drive thru for a few minutes and someone eventually answered. I start placing my order before he yelled “one second” a few times as I was in the middle of ordering. I waited a few more minutes without being helped before I eventually had to reverse out of the drive thru. I do not recommend this Burger King. Fortunately there is Wawa and other late night places to eat a short distance away. Drive thru is supposed to be a convenient way to order, not a place to be trapped and navigate reversing out of.

My husband ordered a double hamburger large fries and a mushroom Swiss melt and all were terrible! He got all the way home and when we opened the bag there were no fries. The double burger was dried out and the roll was hard around the edges. The Swiss melt was dry, small and no mushrooms. Horrible horrible horrible!

Long story short if you are in any kind of hurry at all do not come here. If you think it’s worth waiting 20 minutes possibly for your food at a fast food place then by all means enjoy.

I work nearby at Amazon and I come here in a hurry on my lunch and they take 5 minutes at the drive thru just to finally take your order and this is with being the only car there. It happens every single time. Today I pull up and wait a good 3 or 4 minutes after he tells me to hold and they always do this. So I wait because I placed a mobile order and already paid. I tell him I have one and he waits again another minute then says can you come inside for it. In my mind I think why do I have to but I say yes and go inside. I’m waiting another 4-5 minutes before they acknowledge me and I tell them who I am and wait again a few more minutes or so and finally get my food. Surpassingly today it is all correct but last time I had no cheese on my whopper. This experience is very common too. If you are lucky enough for them to get your order all correct you will still wait longer than you want. I’ve been here a good 8 times now in a few years or so and it’s been a wait and bad service every single time. Not once was an order correct and I didn’t wait long, Today will be my last time going here. I can’t wait that long nor is it worth it.

I did the drive thru option thinking it would be quicker. Nope. It was literally one person doing driving thru and making the orders at the same time. Food was sloppy put together and cold. Never again

Whatever they did to change this place, Bravo. Twice now I got the best whooper with cheese I’ve ever eaten from any Burger King in my entire life. The whooper looked like it does in the commercials and pictures. Keep up the fantastic work!

I almost never had a good experience at Burger King. I recently went to one in pennsville nj, and it was perfect. This one is located in Woodbury. Almost everything was perfect. My big issue was the whole asking to pull up or into a parking spot. There was no one behind me at all, and they still asked me to do this. I asked the cashier why this is, and he told me that they're on a timer. Well, it's supposed to be fast food. Don't inconvenience me, just to make yourself look better.

I went to college for culinary arts and restaurant/ hotel management. If I find out my employees were doing this, I would have a big issue. All restaurants need to stop doing this. In nj, the minimum wage is $15 per hour, so work like you're making that much. You're going to cause customers to stay away. Myself included.
