Stopped 12/31 as I was passing through area…waited in drive through for over 10 minutes before I gave my order. Seemed they were doing 1 car at a time. Finally get to window and waited few more minutes before getting my order. Tag on bag was correct. Get home(which is at least 20 minutes from this location) and part of my order was missing! Surprised they still get business. Haven’t eaten in a few times at this location and there’s always a prolonged wait to get your food.

I feel like this is a fever dream bc what is happening? Firstly they take forever to even take the order. Then, when you finally get someone it’s like they’ve never had a conversation with a person before. I got one thing and he asked me 45 questions and no lie was sitting there for about 10 min waiting for him to ring it in. Then he asked me to back up (out of the view of the window) it was so weird I threw out the food and didn’t eat it. Bc what just happened?

How do you not have French fries? Waits 10 minutes in the drive thru when no one’s even at the store to be told you have no French fries and you’re scrolling on your phone?

You are not this hungry to eat at this Burger King. Can't even get a basic order correct. Staff having full-blown arguments cursing yelling screaming and then when they open the window up to help you they're nice and kind like you can't hear them or anything behind the window. Save yourself to trouble go to Wendy's or McDonald's
This place sucks. Weirdly the staff are really nice, but no matter what time you come you'll be waiting a really long time for dried out burgers and cold food. It's normal to be asked to pull up, despite being the only car, thinking your food is being cooked freshed, only to get old, dried out hamburgers and cold fries. I don't even know how this place remains open. It's consistently horrible and Burger King should strip the franchisee who owns it. It's really that bad.
