She tried giving me a Boston cream after I ordered chocolate frosted because she couldn't understand me, I corrected her, paid drove away, and I should have thrown the donut away, it was so hard and old that it was crunchy! Isn't Dunkin supposed to be fresh? And busy? There was not another soul in sight! Stay away, go down the road to the one by CVS

Ordered 25 munchkins they told me they had glazed proceeded to give me old fashioned and scam us into thinking it was glazed so we gave them back and they refused to give us a refund. ignorant staff.

Just bought a large iced tea with liquid sugar and it tasted like they mixed coffee and tea. I HATE THIS LOCATION, THEIR ITEMS ARE DISGUSTING!!! THREW IT OIT AND WENT TO TJE LOCATIIN DOWN TJE STREET FOR ICED TEA!!!!!!

I've been going to this location for the sake of convenience but will never give them my business again. The staff is so rude and when I decided I wanted to take off an item they ordered they started yelling through the drive through at me. I told them multiple times I understand, I hear you and I understand what you're saying but they kept screaming. I would've left if I didn't already have my drink, in which that was wrong anyways. Such horrible customer service always trying to make a quick buck no matter what the situation.

My sisters and I went to this location expecting a normal experience like every other Dunkin we’ve ever been to. We ordered 2 avocado toast and glazed munchkins. Mind you, one the toasts were rotten. Not only did they over-charge us, but they gave us the wrong flavor (old-fashioned.) We told them, and she started to argue with us saying “theres just less sugar on them today.” Not only is that wrong, but there’s a very obvious difference between the flavors and we said that, yet she continued to lie to my face. She then made us give back the munchkins without us receiving a refund. I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but I was highly disappointed and felt disrespected. Do better.

Very disappointed as they kept my daughter’s money after she returned her incorrect order. They used the fact that she was a minor to refuse to return her money. I was not there unfortunately, or it wouldn’t have happened.

The staff was ignorant. I ordered 2 iced coffees with Carmel, French vanilla cream and sugar. Both were made incorrectly with no sugar and no French vanilla. I always tip at the window, I refused in this situation. I asked her kindly if she remake them and she ignored me. I spoke into the window because now I was getting upset and she said “I have other customers waiting you, need to come inside”. Then proceeded to walk away. Very unprofessional. I used to work at a Dunkin near me and I have never imagined treating a customer this way !
If you're open at 430AM, how come the dining area is closed everyday when I've tried to enter at a later time?
