Everytime I go to this dunkin it’s a problem. The workers are very rude! Everytime I get coffee it tastes old and burnt. Everytime I have a customization like cold foam they never add it! I used to always go through the drive thru but they never would get the order right and made me repeat it 3 times. I started doing mobile orders and they still don’t get it right. This dunkin is 5 mins from my house but I’ll now be going to the dunkin 15 mins away cuz the drive is worth there good service and coffee. DONT COME TO THIS DUNKIN

Every time I go to this dunkin the staff is very rude and rushed. They don’t listen to your order and will make it whatever way is best for their convenience. Everyone around this area knows not to go to this Dunkin because it’s the “bad dunkin”.

My cold foam was spoiled/curdled. My stomach hurt so bad right now just after one sip. I didn’t check the drink until I got to work, which I poured down the sink. I’m so sad because they’re so nice to me here, but the drinks are inconsistent.

Ordered two dozen donuts for my daughter's last day of school. Ordered them 12 mins ahead of time to allow time for prep. Went through the drive through and the one lady told us she couldn't find the order. She asked to see my phone and saw it was placed correctly so she asked another woman to come look. This lady glanced at the drive through and saw there was a customer behind us and kept saying there's nothing she could do and was waving us away. The order was 29.00! I can't believe how rude this woman was. I told her I wanted the donuts and my daughter's school started at 8am...it was 7:55. She refused to look at my phone and just seemed generally annoyed by us. Left and complained on app. They said I'd hear back within 2 business days. I never did. I will try again, I want my 29.00 since I received literally nothing!

This place has serious sanitation issue. The avocado spread on the bread was stale and the regular coffee is very different from the usual Dunkin coffee. The seller gave me a half broken donut until we cancelled the order. This place needs a serious inspection.

She tried giving me a Boston cream after I ordered chocolate frosted because she couldn't understand me, I corrected her, paid drove away, and I should have thrown the donut away, it was so hard and old that it was crunchy! Isn't Dunkin supposed to be fresh? And busy? There was not another soul in sight! Stay away, go down the road to the one by CVS

Good choices for food and drink. They have a good rewards program that got me plenty of free food and drink. Curtious staff that help with a difficult AP, which is hard to use.
