It's a rainy night. I know Rita's has a rainy day special where they will give you BOGO if it's raining. Everyone standing under the awning to stay out of the rain and lightning while the one employee moves like molasses. She tells me it's not raining and she won't give us the special despite everyone in line telling her that it's raining. Literally the only reason I got in my car to get water ice on a stormy night was for the special. I will never do that again! Cheap! Don't deserve my business.

Parking: Parking is really limited and tight. On busy days you may have to park on the side of the road. It doesn't help that entrance to the parking lot is right near a parking spot, a bench where people eat, and the Rita's order stand. Then the spots that are available is usually taken for a long time as people sit in their vehicles to eat ice cream.

The problem is when I order a hot fudge sundae I don't expect it to look like this
This is literally vanilla ice cream with melted whipped cream and chocolate syrup there's absolutely no hard chocolate at all

Long wait

Only one person working at 1pm during the summer. Huge line all the way out to the street. Service was fantastic, and the girl at the window was working her tail off. Need more people serving customers during the height of the day.

The cashier "gabby" was very sweet and helpful. The food was also awesome. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone.

It’s everything you would expect from a Rita’salesys a fun stop, I wish they had more of a variety of flavors as I had a hard time finding one I wanted. I ended up just getting a black and white milkshake, which was very good, hopefully they’ll have more of the flavors of water ice that I like throughout the summer .

I ordered 2 lg Gelato , the cherry water ice was frozen ice pieces with NO FLAVOR, only the top had ice cream, didn’t find any ice cream at the bottom or middle, VERY DISAPPOINTED ?
