Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I just want to shout out the service tonight. Specially the customer service from Serphinia. My son has special needs and is non verbal. As its usually a guessing game of picking ice cream or waterice. I mention to my son that we will get his ice cream and if he doesn't like it. I will just buy him a waterice and trash the ice cream. However Serphinia let me know if it's not the one he wanted, she would happily swap it out. In a world of struggles, I appreciate the kindness of stranger willing to assist in a frustrating problem of guess what my son wants tonight.

I came here today, because I really wanted a soft serve pretzel. The employee at the window was nice enough to make them for me. I had a very pleasant experience, and their kindness made my day.

Love the water ice.You need to have Wild Black Cherry all the time.

I ordered one item and they made the wrong one n this is not first time they did this it's very disappointing I will never order from them again cause the item they gave me made me nausea thats why I order same order all the time.

they always have attitudes and are so ignorant and dont like doing their job. if you cant do customer service dont work it then. it would greatly appreciated to be respectful while working with many people through out the day. even picks up the phone with a problem and i dont see why, they should fix it and find better people

Legit got here @9:03 pm, my phone states they close @10pm. I walk up to the window with my 10 year old daughter & the girl working there legit just closes the blind right in my face doesn’t say anything & walks away. So rude if you were closed you could have atleast told me instead of legit closing a window blind in someone’s face that’s clearly very rude. I spend a lot of money here never coming here again.

It's a rainy night. I know Rita's has a rainy day special where they will give you BOGO if it's raining. Everyone standing under the awning to stay out of the rain and lightning while the one employee moves like molasses. She tells me it's not raining and she won't give us the special despite everyone in line telling her that it's raining. Literally the only reason I got in my car to get water ice on a stormy night was for the special. I will never do that again! Cheap! Don't deserve my business.
