I just want to shout out the service tonight. Specially the customer service from Serphinia. My son has special needs and is non verbal. As its usually a guessing game of picking ice cream or waterice. I mention to my son that we will get his ice cream and if he doesn't like it. I will just buy him a waterice and trash the ice cream. I came here today, because I really wanted a soft serve pretzel. The employee at the window was nice enough to make them for me. I had a very pleasant experience, and their kindness made my day.

Parking: Parking is really limited and tight. On busy days you may have to park on the side of the road. It doesn't help that entrance to the parking lot is right near a parking spot, a bench where people eat, and the Rita's order stand. Then the spots that are available is usually taken for a long time as people sit in their vehicles to eat ice cream.
