Made a phone order for a custom photo cake this past weekend. The manager who, both at phone call and while I was picking up, always prioritizes the service of the customers in front of her. She called back to take the order less rushed and she really made me feel like whomever she is helping she is giving her full attention to provide a good service. I made a google account just to leave a review . I came in with my husband and 2 kids on Tuesday for the nice weather, and it was one server and a girl she was training . It was BEYOND busy with a line outside the door and i could tell she was overstimulated especially with other customers getting unpleasant with her , but she continued to have a smile and help all of us with speed as well as helping and correcting the new girl in training .
