We were seated quickly at DCarbon. The location is great — it’s on a corner with parking in the back and additional parking across the street, which is definitely a plus. The place is clean and straight to the point. The menus are on tablets, which I personally found a little “ehh” since I prefer old-school paper menus.

We had ceviche which was pretty fresh and the lomo de res (which was chewy) and the rice was soggy. The fact that a bottle of water cost 2.50 is ridiculous but even more ridiculous is that they charge u 50 cent for lime (fake lime juice at that) which I didn’t even request. They also charge an automatic 18 percent despite the size of the party.
