Domino's Pizza provides a great food experience with friendly and polite staff. The team, including Rob and Rudy, are understanding and apologetic when issues arise, offering solutions like free sodas to turn negative experiences into positive ones. However, some customers have reported inconsistencies with online ordering, including incorrect pizza preparation and extra charges for certain crust types.
