Kausita Restaurant is a small but special Peruvian food restaurant in the heart of Woodland Park. The atmosphere is inviting with a great and clean ambiance. The food is absolutely spectacular, amazing, and delicious, with very fresh fish and generous portions. Specific dishes praised include the Leche de Tigre, Chaufa Especial, beef broth, mariscos fried rice, Tallarines a la Huancaina with Lomo Saltado, and Pollo Saltado, often accompanied by the amazing chicha drink and spicy green sauce. The service is great, excellent, and top-notch with excellent prices. It is considered one of the best restaurants in the area, a great place to have in the neighborhood.
