A gem of a shop, the owner is so lovely & hardworking & the cook makes every sandwich & dish so tasty. This is a wonderful hole in the wall spot. Try their turkey panini & try the bacon egg & cheese on a croissant here, it’s absolutely amazing! I would love to see them open another location or see them renovate the interior because I would love for this place to last! It’s my favorite spot here in little falls for breakfast!

I was in need of bagels for my office. I went to this location on Mcbride Ave next to Chase Bank as per Google it stated they opened at 6am. I got there at 6:15am and they were still closed with employees inside who didn't bother to acknowledge me. I can only rate you on business hours and unfortunately I could only give 1 star. Maybe you should open later and update your information on business hours.

This is truly a wonderful hole in the wall spot. Don’t let the small little shop deter you from visiting. The food you get here is beyond superb & if you’re going to try something, give the panini sandwiches a try, their turkey & chicken paninis are so filling, they come with a healthy amount of meat & they top it off with a savory sauce. I prefer this little shop over other surrounding quick breakfast spots. Their food is consistently delicious.

I have been a consumer at this bagel place at least 75+ times before new owners and prior and I went in yesterday to get a bagel and remembered after I purchased it, that randomly, 2 times in the recent past ( the last 2 times I was there), they sopped my bagel with the requested cream cheese AND mixed a boat load of butter on my bagel. 2 times! I could not eat it, it was disgusting and the money I barely had was wasted. I went in today to have them recall the situation b/c after I went home to eat it at the time, I noticed they ruined my breakfast while basically broke waiting for my EBT to come in. Today, I went in there to talk to him and said that yesterday while paying and using their facility to troubleshoot at an issue I'm dealing with, that it would be good business relations to help me out from the prior 2 times my bagel was ruined on purpose. He then processed to gaslight me and said " I ALWAYS DO THIS". It was the first time I addressed it in person besides calling about it 2 times directly after it happened a bit ago, I hadn't gone there since , since yesterday. I went there in confidence yesterday and paid for a bagel to see if they would ruin it and they didn't. I thought as a paying customer all those times, that he would to the right thing and give me what was ruined those 2 times in a row when I went there last. He accused me of things I did not do and basically was nasty just b/c I mentioned that since that happened, it would be good consumerism for him to help me. NEVER GO THERE, they only want money and do not care about their customers. They also change the prices of their items as they see fit depending who's purchasing.
**** UPDATE, upon response from owner, I went there the next day to show the man who opens, the google response and he refused to make it up to me and he threatened that he would call the cops when no one was yelling, there was no confrontation other than showing him the review and saying that they said they would make it up to me. He then denied having social media or a google page and then later said it could have been his son that responded. I had 2 bagels that were ruined for about $10 value. Not the last visit, but 2 visits prior that were not edible. They owe me or they will be shut down.

One of my favorite bagel spots in all of jersey. Owner is a super nice lady who genuinely cares about her business and customers. Bagels are soft, sandwiches are packed with meat, and they have a huge menu. Definitely the best spot in the area by far.

Best bagel shop in Woodland Park, by far. First time I went back since they changed ownership. The bagel was freshly baked, soft, and chewy, with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. Fast and friendly service. Five stars and highly recommended!
