Lately, it's been hit or miss here. Huge miss the last few times.
Today really made me lose interest in stopping here, despite the horrible parking.
I ordered pizza to-go during my lunch break and was served a cold, burnt slice from a pie sitting out behind the cashier. No thought about it as I figured someone ordered a pie aside from how overcooked it appeared to be. I sat for maybe two moments to wait for the slice I had just ordered, anticipating it would be warmed up and ready to eat, but the cashier instead bagged a slice from the burnt pie that honestly should've just been tossed and not served.
No one wants to eat cheese/bread off of pizza like it's an artichoke. Absolute disappointment and total waste. Most, if not all of what remained of that slice, had to go into the garbage it was so inedible. Crust included.

Ordered garlic parmesan wings and this is what I get…tiny wings with, what seems to smell/taste like, a SIDE of italian dressing. WTH pizza city?? do better please plus you guys are not cheap!! HIGHLY disappointed!

I like the food but 2nd time they get my order wrong. I like their white cheese slice and last time they gave me regular slice. Already left so wasnt gonna go back for that reason. But again i ordered the white cheese slice. Thankfully i checked my order before leaving and again gave me a regular slice. Of course there was no white cheese slices left but charged me for it. Gave me the difference back but only when i addressed it. For that reason I rated them low. Ive never gotten an order wrong on such a simple thing in any pizzeria only this one

Pizza is great. But that about it. The service is horrible on the phone. At times they do deliver to your location other times they don't. The attitudes on the phone is uncalled for. It's ashame when they first opened it was great. Guess they have new employees that have ruined the experience.

Prices you are charged is more than what the menu indicates. When you ask why, you get: prices went up since covid. Okay, that was THREE YEARS AGO! TOO MANY PIZZA OPTIONS TO EVER PLAY THESE GAMES.
I don't care how good the food is or isn't when they play stupid menu price games.
