A hidden gem in Wyckoft NJ !! The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes. We started with a plate of pan-fried pork buns with a savory filling. For the main course, I can recommend the crispy schezuan beef and the General Tso's chicken. The spicy beef with garlic sauce was just spicy enough to get the tingle in your mouth without the sweating and heart racing. We combined this with sauteed string beans and Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce. All the dishes were delicious and well spiced. The portions were generous. Also the waiter was very attentive and the owner came by to check if we were enjoying the meal. There is a large selection of gluten free dishes.

Ordered take out after seeing a few people on reddit say that this was one of the best Chinese restaurants in Bergen county. We had a house special fried rice, crispy chicken Szechuan, string beans and a hot and sour soup. First good sign was how busy they were for a Sunday night. The food was great and finally a Chinese restaurant that does not use yellow rice for the fried rice. This will now be our go to for Chinese food.

We ordered from TS Ma for the first time recently. What a disappointment! The lo mein was a pile of glued together flat pasta sheets. Horrible. We also ordered a veggie side dish that was barely cooked and totally tasteless. This place is really bad.

Amazing food and service! My sister can't eat any gluten, so I found this restaurant to try. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. The servers were very attentive - even servers who weren't our main waiter would check on us regularly to see if we needed anything. It was a busy Sunday evening when we arrived with no reservation but they still got us seated right away. The food was served the way they serve it in China - family-style where everyone can share the dishes and has individual plates they can use for their portions. I will definitely be returning.
Dietary restrictions: Many of the dishes were gluten free upon request. My sister had no problem finding something she could eat - in fact there were so many options that she almost had a hard time choosing between them!
