The bagels here are absolutely delicious, however, for the past 2 weeks in a row, we have been shorted in our order and also given incorrect items. Just this week, we ordered 15 bagels: 4 sesame; 2 rye; 3 cinnamon raisin; 3 egg; 1 pumpernickel; 1 whole wheat everything; 1 health (grains and nuts, I think that's what it's called, my wife picked them up and that was hers).We did NOT get the pumpernickel and we got a whole wheat WITHOUT the everything, so it was a whole wheat nothing...read full review

I like the bagels made here. I usually get there early and everything is fresh. I find the people behind the counter to be friendly. Have never been given a burnt bagel.I did not notice if they wore gloves and my preference is no gloves. They are not surgeons, they sell bagels. I find gloves just make for needless waste. At my home no one wears sterile gloves when preparing food or eating.
