Why whenever I place an order ahead of time on the app that im told to pull ahead and wait for 10 minutes. I have never been handed my food through the window, im always told to move ahead.

Random Disturbance
I can’t for the life of me figure out why it takes 10 minutes at the Drive-Thru window for my food and when take a bite of my burger in the Dollarama parking lot, the food is room temperature at best. Onion rings are way too salty! Gravy is thin as soup. I’ve officially given up eating there.

Food was the typical A&W breakfast. However the mug that my apple juice was served in was dirty on the exterior, I'm not sure how well it was cleaned inside. I got about half way through my drink when I noticed so I stopped drinking after that. I should have taken a photo.
