Food hot, but no taste everything was blan . Nothing at all in the rice , chicken balls all bread and ribs dry. Prices high . We were hungry after walking mad rock but so disappointed with are meal .

The young girl That was at the front desk did not greet us with a hello , welcome, etc. no verbal communication. Hi, addressed her with a table for two. She did not ask us to follow her. She just lit on through the restaurant to the back and I decided to just follow our seats.
She also passed three drinks to the table next to us and just left them on the corner and did not pass them out to anyone sitting at the table.
The food was hot, but the chow mein had a strong taste of celery and otherwise flavorless. The portions were very small. Didn’t ask or check to see if we wanted a refill on refreshments.
The larger waitress (didn’t know your name) was very engaging and pleasant. No server introduced themselves.
Very poor dining experience and won’t be back.

Forst time dining, ordered a dinner for 2 and fried wontons, there was quite a bit of food. Even had food left over to bring home. The food was fresh hot and tasted really good. Would go there again.

I have been here about 10 times. The food is always fresh and hot, prepared perfectly. Nice sized portions with a great selection to choose from. The service is top notch and the friendly staff make dining here a pleasure. The restaurant is cozy and clean with a family friendly environment. The location. right on the main highway, makes it easy to find and plenty of parking.

Well just recently had the pleasure of going to the fortune restaurant. The food was insanely hot, fresh and delicious. I've eaten a lot of chinamans food in my 60 years. This was in the top 3 . Altho they were slammed the 3 ladies serving took our orders and got drinks with in 6 mins of us sitting .meal took about 30but they advised us of that when we arrived . We had plattes and the Canton chow mein . When it came out the egg rolls were hit crispy well filled and not a sign of grease ,which most egg rolls suffer from. The chicken balls were large and again grease free the ribs big and there were 7 tender and tasty . The rice was ok . The chow mein was delecious served in a steaming sizzling cast iron personal pot . Wow.We will definitely return to the fortune . You should join ?

It was an absolute nightmare, poor service. ordered #2,#3and two #4 and a order of beef and broccoli waited 40 minutes only for them to bring the meal out to another table that only had order 5 min prior to having our meal brought to them. I left the restaurant without receiving my meal and then they screwed up the bill and tried to charged for something that they served to another table lol , left the restaurant and went to Mary browns lol

Beautiful

Poor service 40 minutes before our app showed up. The couple sitting at the next table after we were seated had their app finished and meal started before our app showed up. Meals were ok. When I spoke about the slow service the person in charge of the floor said it was not the servers fault it was the kitchen staff problem so I asked to speak someone about them and was told the kitchen staff were the owners and wouldn't come out. First and last time for Fortune Restaurant.

I've eaten here 2x in 2 weeks. Both times the food has been excellent. First was take out and the food was fresh and piping hot. The second time I dined in, and the food was again excellent. They seemed a little short staffed but the waitress was wonderful. I've eaten all the Chinese in the area and this place is excellent.

Great food....and prices.And wonderful service

Ordered chow mein and was given chop suey with a few dried "noodles" on the top.Server never asked how meal was if we needed anything and even though our 3 person party ordered the same items, 1 person had to wait for their food.

Good food and service , not much to pick from on menu

The food was good but the girls at the front weren't the best. One girl sat on her phone and the other server wouldn't let her do anything. The one sat down was fantastic to deal with and should be able to do more.
