Had the fish and chips absolutely gorgeous. Fresh catch and the batter was perfect reminded me of my grandma's chip shop back in Ireland. Hats off to the cook great job

Waited an hour to get 2 appetizers while we watched tables around us be seated after us and receiving their food way before us. We were stuck in a corner and couldn't get anyone's attention. Food arrived cold but with very hot plates. Was not impressed. Will not be returning.

While visiting on a hockey tournament we walked in at the peak time of the evening. Although wait times were longer than average they welcomed us and made us feel like every customer mattered. Our server was incredibly friendly and the food was outstanding. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Great staff, very nice, and the food is great. The bathroom was very dirty. No one went in to clean. I was there over two hours and wasn't cleaned.
BBQ Bacon cheese burger with the second patty is amazing. Added a little hot sauce on the side for added kick! BBQ chicken taquitos were loaded with chicken and tasty BBQ sauce for the appetizer. The Chipotle burger with sweet potato fries was great also. Our server Abby was very polite.

Today we were sat at a table, only to wait 20 minutes without a waiter coming to take our order. We tried to wave down servers who ignored us, until we eventually walked out.
We weren't even hidden away in some corner, we were in plain view with servers passing by our table frequently, but none took our order.
I'm sure the food there is good, but the service and wait time is dreadful.

This is the 4th different jungle Jim's location I have been too over a couple of provinces. I would say that they line up with the rest. Basic chain/pub food. They seems to be very consistent chain wide. This is a place that I can go too where I know the experience I will get
