Horrible service. No one is store knows how to use the cash register. There extremely slow service. Throw on top that there people skills are atrocious. I rarely have kfc and today gave me more reason to never eat them.

I was there yesterday and i would just like to say that the world would be a better place if more people like this young girl named Paige worked there ….she was so kind considerate and helpful …..you have a outstanding employee with this young lady ?????

Make no wonder KFC can't keep staff or get anyone to work there . Was there this evening and the poor young guy working the counter was very nice and seemed very quiet BUT the guy in behind the counter was very rude to him , in my opinion . The guy at the counter went and got some bags and the other guy in a not so nice voice told him he had it all counted and to not take anything again. Something that should've been told before to him and even if it was don't try and belittle him in front of customers. When I got my order it was wrong and the mistake was from the guy behind the counter, go figure mister big man.I told the young guy to keep up the good work and don't mind buddy he is a very rude person ...not actually the words I used lol. My rant for today This was posted on Facebook not by me as I wouldn’t go there anymore for a number of reasons

I've had the worst experience with KFC, I even emailed a complaint to the head office. First my grandmother passed and my brother ended up getting a 16 piece bucket there was alot of grease left in the bucket and we didn't even get good chicken BTW cost an arm and a leg to get it than I swear we got to the bottom and it was a good inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket. They didn't even shake the grease off! Than later that week my mom and I went and had those chicken burgers and fries for $12, they were burnt and I ended up waiting another 25 mins for another chicken buger and the lady after me wasn't even told that it will be a 25-30 minute wait just for a burger. It's supposed to be fast food not half hr food. I'm very disappointed with them here, they won't get another dollar off of me!
