These paper straws gotta go. If you don't drink your pop in 20 mins you better have another straw handy. If the restaurants across the US have abandoned paper straws why are still doing this? Plus these paper straws at McDonald's are the lowest quality. Come on McDonald's please give napkins and 2 straws for every drink. We shouldn't have to beg for this stuff.

Love McDonald's coffee, usually have one one on my way to work but now I am having to spit out coffee grounds at the bottom of my coffee. Never have this happen anywhere else.Not good to the last drop. Ruins a good coffee experience.

Food quality & service for this location is after going downhill. Long wait times for all areas of service (drive-thru, in store, curbside) Staff frequently forgetting parts of your order and then another long wait for them to fix it. Staff can be seen fooling around behind the counter, instead of working. Not saying you can’t have fun at work, but get your work done as well. Waited over a half hour at curbside just for a coffee.

Visited this McDonald’s location via drive through while visiting Bay Robert’s and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the burgers. Myself, my boyfriend & our friend each had a different burger and three of us made comments about how impressed we were with the taste, freshness, & juiciness of each burger. I had the BLT quarter pounder, boyfriend had a double cheeseburger & our friend had the cheese Quarter pounder. Very pleased with our food, our service was also excellent. Thank you Bay Robert’s McDonald’s for quality food & superb service

My Big Mac burger was put together and served as sloppy as could have been. No patty aligned with the bun, all lettuce was in its wrapper. And as dry as could be.
