Went through on 6/7/2025 at 3:37:43 PM Had went through the drive thru. The guy on the speaker was rude. Very rude. No cars behind me and asked if I could have a moment and the worker kept asking what we wanted and cutting us off when the bread (Italian herb and cheese) with our order was not available. When we arrived to the payment window, the order was basically thrown at us. Do better.

Would rate this place 0/5 if I could. Ordered a sub made the recommended way on the menu minus a few toppings and when I got home and opened my sub it had completely random toppings I would never eat that weren't even on the menu item. Contacted the store and the only solution offered was to drive back for them to replace it. Won't order from here again.

The quality of the food is fine, but I come to this location multiple times a week and my order gets messed up almost every single time. Subway is one of my favourite places to eat and I don't want to drive all the way to carbonear just to get a sub. I think the staff need to start paying more attention and stop gossiping all the time (which I can hear because they aren't quiet about it).
