We waited almost 2 hours for our meal. When it came it was disgusting. The rice smelled and tasted burnt although it didn’t look burnt. The flavours were not good overall. Our meal included an egg roll which none of us got. Had to ask for it and it came out after we were almost done. Now we are home and everyone is nauseated. The waitress was nice. Helpful and apologetic. But she couldn’t help with the terrible and disorganized kitchen staff. As a side note the kitchen staff were yelling and fighting that could be easily heard in the dining room. One out of ten. Save your time and money.

We waited a bit for our food, but that was understandable since the two servers were extremely busy with take out orders as well as handling all the in restaurant customers. They were obviously tired but remained very professional and friendly. The food was excellent. Great choice!
Showed up at this place at 5:20 pm on may 24th 2005 , it was busy so the girl asked us for our phone number and said it’s an hour wait , the 6 of us waited in our cars until 6:50 until we decided to go and see how much longer only to be told they can’t serve us tonight , they never had courtesy to even call and let us know , I then proceeded in to see why we couldn’t be served they said it’s because they close at 8 pm but there wen site says 9:30 , I found the 3 young girls that I spoke with very rude and almost lost my cool , thank god I walked out but assure you we will never return there again but also promise to give them as much bad business as I can forever , most horrible service I have ever experienced

I had a less than glowing experience on my last visit. The kitchen staff need to pay as much attention to the take out orders as they do to the eat in customers. If they can not keep up on call ins, perhaps they should stop taking them and only take walk-in orders.

This little gem is a bit hidden on a small side road between Shoppers Drug Mart and McDonald's in Bay Roberts. The food was hot and served in a timely manner and very North American Chinese. The atmosphere could be greatly improved with the installation of a dimmer switch. The restaurant was far too bright! The wait staff was courteous and quick and the food was reasonably priced. We left with lunch for the next day! Mmmm! It was a nice alternative to fast food chains in the area.
