I dropped in for breakfast and coffee had the Best service. Lori Always puts a smile on my face. She always greets all the customers with a warm kind smile. Lori is always up for a good laugh too. She's easy going an good for a joke or two. I love going to Tims in Bay Roberts, they make my Coffee Perfectly every time.

Good if you go in the morning or early afternoon. But evening not so much. They constantly run out of cold brew and usually the coffee tastes old in the evenings. Going to have to soon start going to Robin's or McDs.

Ordered pizza which is new on the menu, and the lovely staff presented it with an Italian accent! Quite the unique and enjoyable Tim’s experience!

I usually go through the drive thru. The only issue I have is with the French Vanilla. I don't know if the machines aren't being cleaned on a regular basis, or if the opening to dispense the powered is not open very much. But the French vanilla are very watery tasting. It's a big disappointment especially since it's the only hot beverage I like and paying $4.00 each time!!
Customers that actually get out of their vehicles and enter the store should be acknowledged in a timely manner. Seems like the drive through is more important for some reason.
