Hlo Mr. Jeff , i wants to complaint about i dont know her name i think her name is Crucia your employee, but i went to store to get coffee but Jashan who works at your tim store has my debit card so i just called Jashan to give it to me so i can order my coffee but Crucia was so rude to me and did racism , which is really aa bad behaviour of treating any customer , i will come to your office and complaint against her because she screamed on me without any reason.

They always get my order wrong. I'll order a sausage farmer wrap and I'll get green eggs, plant based sausage (which is disgusting). I'll order a vanilla cream cold brew and have to get them to remake it 3 times, during this time they will argue that they are making it right. After 3pm, if I order a coffee, 9 times out of 10 I have to bring back my coffee. The other tim hortons never have cold brew and my coffee always taste old. Please train your staff properly. What happened to coffee being 20 minutes fresh?

Great service and great people. Always get my coffee just right, and I know quite a few staff members there. All nice.

Extremely disappointed in todays service. The woman who served me did not even greet me with a hello. She didn’t even cue me to ask what I’d like to order I had to just tell her. She went to get the items I ordered and could not even tell me how much my order was, the usual “that comes to X dollars please”. She told me in a rude way, hurrying me, “Scan you card” (for the points). The debit machine was ready then so I tapped my card and stepped over to take my items. There was no thank you, no goodbye, nothing. I get that we all have bad days, but that’s no excuse for her treatment. I was disgusted. This woman either needs some serious time off or some serious coaching in customer service. I worked with the public for years I have never, ever treated someone the way she behaved. I won’t be back to this establishment for awhile.

The one in Carbonear is hit or miss. Out of 4 coffees over the weekend, only one was made correctly. The workers are extremely busy and seem a bit stressed.
