Absolutely terrible service from the manager
Actual customer service for take out orders from your Bay Roberts Newfoundland location. Frequently I get placed on hold in excess of 8 minutes, and never have I had a take out order ready within the time they quote, or the time I request, and I have had to wait as much as 30 minutes beyond the take out time quoted or selected.
However tonight will be the last time. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to place an order before hanging up, and I will no longer be a customer...read full review
