Tim Hortons has slow service, with order mix-ups occurring. Staff training may be necessary. The drive-thru line can be long, and there was an issue with a tea order being made incorrectly with cream instead of fresh milk. However, the order was accurate and staff were friendly on one occasion. The building is well-maintained and clean, with a convenient location beside the highway.
