Used the drive thru. Would have been quicker going in, for the fact there was a line up at the drive thru. Order tea w/ fresh milk, but from what it looks like written on the lid they used cream, which is disgusting.
Service is not the fastest but the order was accurate and the staff was friendly. The drive thru was busy almost entirely circling the premises. The building is well maintained and clean. Location is safe and convenient beside the highway.

Slow, slow, slow service. Mixed up my order twice but another persons was screwed up 4, yes 4 times. Time for some staff training and maybe a secret shopper visit. The franchisee mustn't visit at all? If he/she has visited then there is another problem!
