What kind of coffee shop is closed at 7pm on a Thursday? Terrible hours!
Arrived here before 6:00 p.m. ask them what time they closed. They replied 9:00. I asked them why they didn't have any donuts. They said false advertising LOL. Never thought I'd see a donut shop without Donuts 3 hours before closing LOL
Very busy spot which makes sense for a smaller town and no other coffee shop so it made parking and leaving a bit difficult but the staff were friendly and the food was pretty good.

Excellent place to stop for a break, meet a friend or go for a meal! Friendly service too. Menu is not as wide as most Robin's, no chillas, no chicken cranberry sandwiches or wide variety of cookies which would be even better. But great selection of Oatmeal.bars, donuts and drinks. They also have an electric charger area for vehicles!

Large lineup at the drive-through, I guess it's a struggle to get out of their automobile.I placed my order in the restaurant. Great food and excellent service.

We got there as the first handful of kids went in....they were followed by many others. Kids kept going ahead of me in the lineup as they joined their friends. The line moved slowly as kids made their orders and wandered off so the women behind the counter kept looking for them and calling out that their donut was ready. I got to the counter finally. They had no soup. I just got a couple of coffees and sat at the table my husband had grabbed earlier, we were the only adult customers. He checked his app and found out that the EV charger outside wasn't working properly. We took our coffees, disconnected the car and headed for Port Rexton. I know kids can be loud and boisterous but there's no need to take the place on their backs by getting in line ahead of other customers and causing extra work for the staff. And for goodness sake stick on the pot of soup for lunchtime!! It wasn't as convenient as it appeared afterall. Stay away lunchtime and don't expect hot food.

Restaurantji Recommends
Honestly not good. Sandwich was awful, service wasn’t the greatest either, staff seemed so miserable and they forgot my hash browns I ordered and paid for. I would never go back or recommend.
Food/Coffee 3 stars, but customer service 1/2 star.Honestly, I was looking forward to trying Robin's...first time out in Newfoundland and I heard it was great. I was starting my journey for the day and saw a Robin's and thought it was a great opportunity to stop. I placed my order in the drive thru, I thought I was being quite polite and remembering my please and thank yous as always. Got up to the window and the young lady gave me the total, it seemed low, so I confirmed what I had ordered. She said I didn't order that, but she did correct it and then turned to me and said "well maybe you should be nicer next time" and went to grab the item. Sorry?!?! I didn't realize that in any way I was being rude or "not nice".I have to say, this has totally turned me away from Robin's for the rest of my trip here. Not impressed at all.
Egg and steak sandwich was excellentCappuccino was syrupy and in need of improvement.
Great.
