I had my daughters 2nd birthday party there today ( November 16th) and they reserved us a space in the restaurant and very helpful with any questions I had. All the staff was absolutely phenomenal! Thank you for making her 2nd birthday a one to remember ❤️ also a big Thank you to Mckenzie for helping me bring the cake to my car!

Employees were rude; we asked for choco chip cookie dough blizzard and a banana split with no banana (or fruit), 2 caramels and 2 strawberry (replacing the chocolate for caramel). They gave us a extreme chocolate blizzard and they told us we would have an extra charge on the split AFTER we paid. My step father got his sundae and it was made wrong (with chocolate and not caramel with pineapple on top). We went said that it wasnt what we ordered and we didnt want the extra charge, to make it as you normally would and throw the wrong one out: the employee making it said "you dont have to speak to us that way" and continued to argue that we were being rude when we never had our voice raised, we were telling them our order in case there was any miscommunication and there was only one person from our group speaking to the employee. We didnt want the extra charge and the employees messed up our order twice in one go but we only fixed 1 of the mistakes. How is that rude? Please enlighten me if you can.

Buying a blizzard from here is basically just plain vanilla ice cream with a single Oreo crushed up. And then if you want more than a singular Oreo you have to pay extra. The one in St. John’s is so much better, you actually get a proper, well mixed, blizzard. The food is fine, but I’m always disappointed with the blizzards (been like this since it opened).

A+experience. Very well kept establishment. Excellent customer service and orders are delivered without delay. Friendliest staff. Even outdoor seating available. Much better prices than McD's and better tasting food. No kiosks! That's a win already. Eat here. You will not be disappointed.

The staff is friendly. The restaurant closes at 8pm but the drive thru is open until Monday to Saturday. Always enjoy coming here

Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard - it’s a classic and never had an issue ordering it. Was told today that “where is not on the menu, we would be charged for each individual ingredient”. Huh?
