Larissa provided us with excellent customer service. Food in general was tasting good, order was accurate thanks to the cooking team in the back. It was not a problem when I accidentally made a small spill with my fountain pop when moving it to try to get it to a table to place the lid on and my nerves pinched and hand jerked and the small slosh ended upon the ground. I personally will give this place a full 5 out of 5 simply for the fact that they have a plant based chicken sandwich that is actually really good AND NOT COOKED WITH THE CHICKEN! there is only one other place that I as a strict vegetarian feel "safe" to eat their plant based food because they actually keep it separate and I appreciate that very much and wish every company would understand that people who are vegan/vegetarian don't want to eat meat contaminated...
Can't comment on the previous reviews about the customer service and how this restaurant is managed but the chicken I got here was the best KFC I ever had. So well cooked and crispy..I didn't realize that KFC could even be this good. Its a shame the other restaurants don't prepare the chicken like this. I do know in St. John's a lot of the chicken is pre cooked and kept in warmers which isn't nearly as good as freshly prepared out of the fryer.
