I ordered the festive feast. It's supposed to come with 8 pieces of chicken, medium taters, medium salad, and 4 snowballs. I paid $4 extra for all thighs and added on biscuits and gravy. I added in the notes all thighs, I called in and gave my name and told them I just placed an online order and its supposed to be all thighs. As this is what I was told to do by staff.
They gave me 5 pieces of chicken, legs in it, never gave me my snowballs.

I dont understand how hard it is to put together an order.... every single time I order and it's always the same thing when we gets home we are missing stuff from our meals
